It's Wedding Season which means it's also bachelorette party season! I personally love seeing pictures of the fun themes that bridesmaids and maid of honors come up to celebrate their bride. I feel like it's just the perfect time to really have fun in a way that is different to a birthday party or holiday. Something I've been seeing become a lot more popular is the inclusion of Hangover Kits which I think is genius!

Providing a small bag full of recovery essentials for your girlfriends is the perfect touch to show gratitude and take care of their wellbeing at the same time. There are so many things you can add to these bags that range from essential and necessary to thoughtful, but it can get overwhelming and costly so I've put together a list to help you sort through what you really need to make this process as easy as possible for you. No matter what you choose to include in your kit, I'm sure your friends will appreciate it and thank you for being their lifesaver the next day. Perfect sign of a great time!

Recovery Bag

There are so many adorable options for the bag for your kit out there. You can find personalized options on Etsy or affordable and stylish versions on Amazon. If you are trying to go a more environmentally conscious route you can pick a bag that can be reused by avoiding personalization to the event and rather picking to personalize with a name or initials. Below are a few of my favorites.

Hydration

After a night of drinking you're all going to need some serious hydration and electrolytes so include some packets of Liquid IV or Gatorade to quickly replenish. There are also a variety of patches, packets and drinks dedicated to Hangover Relief that are interesting and worth looking into for possibly including those.

Pain Relief and Immunity Support

Don't skip adding a pain reliever to your kit. I prefer Advil, but you can find small packets for so many different brands in individual packets. Emergen-C and antacids are also great to include

Bandaids

Often overlooked and forgotten, but bandaids and blister care and completely necessary anytime you will be wearing heels. There is always somebody who is breaking in a new pair of shoes who will be so thankful that you included something to relieve their pain.

Hair Ties

Weather to hold their hair back to dance, sleep, or hold their hair back if they get sick, hair ties are a must! You can find fun personalized versions all over the Internet these days in different styles.

Eye Patches

Recovery is just as important as the actual Bachelorette Party. Nobody wants dark circles or sunken and puffy eyes so include some eye patches to combat that late night. You can find big affordable sets all over Amazon. They are a lifesaver!

Makeup Wipes

After a late night sometimes going through your full skincare routine is just not gonna happen. Include make up remover wipes so nobody end up sleeping in their makeup. I have loved the individually wrapped Neutrogena Wipes since they came out and they are perfect for adding to your hangover kit! You can even include reusable makeup removing cloths for a more environmentally conscious version. There are a bunch of great options out there.

Spot Remover

While not completely necessary, these are a great addition, especially if anybody ended up spilling any drinks (or food) You aren't just limited to a Tide Pen anymore, pick up a wipe version for a more affordable alternative.

Random Necessities

Gum and mints are another not necessary addition, but they are always useful and appreciated. Any type of teeth or breath care are worth thinking about. Eye drops are another great addition for recovery. Also consider Clorox Wipes and hand sanitizer.

Ready Assembled

If you're looking for a quick and easy version you can find a bunch of ready assembled kits on Etsy and Amazon. While they won't save you any money, they will definitely save you time so they are a great option especially for a last minute addition.
